Fees and Payment

Our standard fee is $185 per 50-minute session and $250 per 80-minute session. Intensives and off-site sessions are quoted individually. Payment is due at the time of service, and a payment card is required on record. We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as FSA/HSA cards.

Insurance

We do not take insurance but encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to see if they offer full or partial reimbursement for benefits outside-of-network. If so, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We accept FSA/HSA cards to pay for services.

Policies

48 hours prior to your session, we send both an email and text notification allowing you to make adjustments to your appointment. We require a 24-hour change or cancellation notification. Notifications outside of that window result in a full-session charge.

We are not able to complete paperwork related to ESA or FMLA.

Virtual Therapy

We provide telehealth therapy for all Arizona-based clients as an occasional option for consistent in-person clients only. Virtual therapy requires that you have a private and safe space and strong internet connection.

Good Faith Estimate

Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the No Surprises Act to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate detailing out-of-network care. Prior to your first session, we will provide your fee for service and work collaboratively with you in developing a treatment plan and ongoing costs of care.
